What is covered

Every T-Series Electronics product carries a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the date of original purchase shown on your invoice.

What is not covered

• Physical damage, including cracked panels and dented cabinets
• Damage from voltage fluctuation, lightning, flood or fire
• Any unit opened or repaired by an unauthorised person
• Normal wear on consumable parts such as filters and remote batteries

Making a claim

Call the support number in the footer of this page with your model number, serial number and invoice. Both numbers are printed on the sticker at the back of the unit, and the model number also appears on this portal's product page.
