What this portal records

When you scan a QR code on a T-Series product, we record the time of the scan, the type of device used, and the approximate city the request came from. We use this to see which products generate the most support questions, so we can improve their documentation.

What it does not record

• Your name, phone number or email address
• Your exact address or street-level location
• Your IP address in readable form — it is irreversibly hashed before it is stored

Precise location

This portal never asks your browser for GPS coordinates unless you have already granted that permission to this site yourself. You can withdraw it at any time from your browser's site settings.

Cookies

We set one session cookie, which keeps the page working correctly while you browse. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this portal.
